We are pleased to offer this E-mail Notification Service of Updates and/or Errata made to the STI Guidelines and to the Quick Reference.
To subscribe, simply complete this online notification form below. You may also download and complete the Notification Form (PDF Document - 43 KB - 1 Page) 
and return it to us by fax at 613-957-0381.
