Answer:

She should be vaccinated against hepatitis A virus if she injects drugs, or if she is a chronic carrier of hepatitis B or C viruses.

She should be vaccinated against hepatitis B virus if her serum markers do not show that she has been exposed to HBV.

There is no vaccine against hepatitis C.

Terry's partners should be notified that they may have been exposed to an infectious disease and that they should receive medical attention.
