Sebaceous glands of penile shaft

This slide illustrates sebaceous glands of the penile shaft. They are homogenous, white bumps that are rather symmetrically distributed. They should not be confused with genital warts (which are asymmetrical and heterogeneous with a cauliflower- like presentation) or molluscum contagiosum (fleshy, rounded and umbilicated lesions).
