End-of-Life Care for Seniors (CD)

As Canada's population continues to age rapidly, more and more seniors will be needing special care at the end of their life. This CD, produced by the Division of Aging and Seniors, contains three publications that explore medical, cultural, spiritual and ethical issues in end-of-life care. The CD provides practical information for heath care and social service providers, seniors, family caregivers and the general public on subjects related to living and dying well, maintaining comfort, and sustaining caregivers.
