A. UNZIP workbooks to your hard drive (3 minutes)

B. Run the workbook system from where you installed it (15-30 minutes)

1. Open ..PHI\Canada\Cancer\PHI__Master_Macro.xls
2. Click on Enable Macros
3. Click on the worksheet called Master
4. Run the macro by clicking on the command button at the top of the window.
