4.1 Methodology

The Montérégie initiative is currently dormant, and many of the key players could not be interviewed for the study. The data collection thus concentrated on reviews of project's documentation, complemented by interviews with two of the project's steering group members and with reference to interviews conducted for the design phase of the case study project. A complete list of both interviewees and documentary sources may be found in Appendices 2 and 3.
