5.1 Methodology

The case study involved four interviews with six key stakeholders in the Initiative, including representatives of Health Canada and participating community organizations, as well as a review of reports and documents produced by the Initiative and by some partner organizations. A complete list of persons interviewed and documentary sources may be found in Appendices 2 and 3.
