6.1 Methodology

Data collection for this case study involved attendance at a meeting of the Partnership, during which a group discussion on some of the definitional aspects of the case study was held. Subsequently, telephone interviews were conducted with 10 Partnership members. This was complemented by a review of meeting minutes and other Partnership process materials and background information relevant to Partnership-sponsored activities. A complete list of both interviewees and documentary sources may be found in Appendices 2 and 3.
