8.1 Methodology

The case study involved interviews with six individuals in the participating government organizations, as well as a review of reports and documents produced by the partners separately and jointly, complemented by a review of meeting minutes and related records for the various committees involved. A complete list of both interviews and documentary sources may be found in Appendices 2 and 3.
