Disclaimer

*The annual influenza vaccine is suggested for all healthy children, ages six months and over. It is particularly recommended for children aged six-59 months as they are more likely to be hospitalized with complications from influenza.

**Ontario is transitioning from separate MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and Varicella vaccinations to the MMR-Var (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella). Please see your physician for further information on what is recommended for your child.

This schedule provides you with information about the routine immunization schedule for healthy children living in Ontario.

Please note:

  • Although this tool is regularly updated (every 3 months), please contact individual provinces and territories directly for the most recent information as immunization schedules change regularly.
  • Your doctor or public health office is always your best source for information about immunizing your child.
  • If you've missed one or more of your child's vaccines, book an appointment with your doctor or public health office (CLSC (Centre Local de Services Communautaires) in Québec) as soon as possible. They can help you determine what vaccines your child has already had and which ones are needed.
