Immunization Results

This is the routine schedule for healthy infants and children under 6 years of age living in Alberta.

Your child is 154 months old (12 years old).

Your child should have received the following vaccinations:

2 months old

• DTaP-IPV-Hib: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Polio, Hib
• Pneu-C-13: Pneumococcal disease

4 months old

• DTaP-IPV-Hib: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Polio, Hib
• Men-C: Meningococcal disease
• Pneu-C-13: Pneumococcal disease

6 months old

• DTaP-IPV-Hib: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Polio, Hib
• *Influenza: The flu

12 months old

• Men-C: Meningococcal disease
• **MMR-Var: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella
• Pneu-C-13: Pneumococcal disease

18 months old

• DTaP-IPV-Hib: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Polio, Hib

4-6 years

• DTaP-IPV: Tetanus, Diphtheria, Whooping Cough, Polio
• **MMR-Var: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella

*The annual influenza vaccine is suggested for all healthy children, ages six months and over. It is particularly recommended for children aged six-59 months as they are more likely to be hospitalized with complications from influenza.
