The graph shows that 13% of boys who are neither bullies nor victims report high levels of emotional problems, compared to 18% of boys who are bullies, 30% of boys who are victims, and 34% of boys who are both bullies and victims. On the same question, 20% of girls who are neither bullies nor victims report high levels of emotional problems, compared to 22% of girls who are bullies, 42% of girls who are victims, and 51% of girls who are both bullies and victims.
