Figure 4.1 shows the percentage of students who report that teachers think their school work is good or very good, by grade and gender. The graph shows that 72% of Grade 6 boys report their teachers think their school work is good or very good, compared to 63% of Grade 7 boys, 62% of Grade 8 boys, 62% of Grade 9 boys, and 58% of Grade 10 boys. On the same question, 80% of Grade 6 girls report their teachers think their school work is good or very good, compared to 72% of Grade 7 girls, 68% of Grade 8 girls, 69% of Grade 9 girls, and 68% of Grade 10 girls.
