We believe the more discussion and involvement in the goals definition process, the better. We have committed to review the reports of meetings submitted to us and to share as much as we can on this Web site in order to encourage more discussion. We cannot guarantee that every submission will be posted. We also reserve the right to edit the submissions we receive for the sake of clarity, brevity and appropriateness.
