Request for Proposals 2006-2007(CLOSED)

The Request for Proposals, FASD Guide for Applicants, along with specific application forms are attached below. These materials outline all aspects of the FASD National Strategic Projects Fund and are intended to help applicants prepare proposals for consideration of contribution funding by PHAC.

Please note the following key points:

To be eligible for funding consideration, sponsoring organizations must be Canadian, voluntary not-for-profit, or educational institutions

• Be sure to review the FASD National Strategic Projects Fund, Request for Proposals.
• A project proposal must be submitted for each project being applied for (Details are explained in the FASD NSPF Guide for Applicants ).
• An application Form must be submitted for each project being applied for.
