We invite you to attend the 10th Canadian Immunization Conference, entitled Excellence in Immunization: Empowering, Engaging & Educating, being held at the Vancouver Convention Centre in the spectacular city of Vancouver, British Columbia from December 3 - 5, 2012.
The Canadian Immunization Conference Program offers multiple sessions, in both official languages, on the continuum of immunizations from new development in vaccinology science to implementation and evaluation of immunization programs and global immunization efforts.
The 10th Canadian Immunization Conference is co-chaired by Dr. John Spika, Director General of the Centre for Immunization and Respiratory Infectious Diseases and Dr. Joan Robinson, Department of Paediatrics, University of Alberta, and CPS representative.
The Conference Organizing Committee endeavours to ensure that the Conference offers a scientific program that addresses the learning needs and interests of the broad range of participants and provides an unparalleled professional education opportunity.

The event is a well-recognized forum for networking and knowledge sharing among the many disciplines working in immunization including leading authorities in immunization, researchers, policy makers, specialists and providers.
The Conference has been organized and funded every two years, since 1994, by the Centre for Immunization and Respiratory Infectious Diseases of the PHAC. PHAC is hosting the 2012 Conference in collaboration with the Canadian Association of Immunization Research and Evaluation (CAIRE)

and the Canadian Paediatric Society (CPS)

Simultaneous interpretation will be provided at all plenary sessions, oral abstract presentations and concurrent sessions.
The language of the speaker's presentation will be indicated in the Final Program. We encourage participants to use the official language in which they are most comfortable by using interpretation headsets which will be provided upon request.
