Become a Canadian Field Epidemiology Program Placement Site!

The Canadian Field Epidemiology Program (CFEP) invites applications from potential placement sites for the 2012-2014 field epidemiologists cohort.

To apply to have a Field Epidemiologist placed within your organization, please send an email to the Canadian Field Epidemiology Program at cfep@phac-aspc.gc.ca.

Include “placement” in the subject line, and we will send you an application form and accompanying document outlining the requirements for a CFEP placement.
