Population Health Section

The Population Health Section uses a population health approach in the delivery and management of the Population Health Fund, AIDS Community Action Program, Canadian Diabetes Strategy Community-Based Program, Healthy Living Fund, and Hepatitis C Prevention and Community-Based Support Fund. The Population Health Section is primarily responsible for program delivery focusing on early adulthood to later life.

An example of work in these areas include the development of a poster on the Determinants of Health (colour)   Determinants of Health (B&W) for use with community groups, agencies and other stakeholders.
