Seniors - H1N1 Flu Virus

Healthy people over 65 years of age don’t seem to be at high risk of catching the H1N1 flu or of developing serious complications. However, seniors with chronic medical conditions or weakened immune systems may be at increased risk of developing serious complications from the flu, such as pneumonia or respiratory distress.

Here is some information that seniors or their caregivers can use to protect themselves and stay informed and prepared.
