1. Finalize Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) and Information Management System (IMS) Agree

Revise and update RMAF.

Appropriate information to revise Federal Initiative RMAF. PWGSC has been retained to help revise RMAF with a Federal Initiative profile, expected results and monitoring and evaluation strategy. Deliverables will include:

A concise set of performance indicators will be developed. Frequency, methodology, and data sources will be identified. June 31, 2009

2. Implement PMF and IMS

Agree

Implement PMF and IMS by modules (building blocks) between 2009 and 2010.

Define roles and responsibilities for gathering data.

Build capacity among RCs, as appropriate.

Define and better integrate the public health role.

Timelines established for data collection and reporting e.g. Federal Initiative Performance and Information Management Report. Roles and responsibilities identified.
